The Courtroom and Mediation Center at Law Group of Iowa may fit the bill! Finally, there is an option to the overpriced, generic hotel “conference room”.
Our 2,000 square foot Courtroom space features a custom-built judge’s bench which can easily accommodate three to five people and it is fully wired for all of your electrical and internet needs. In the “gallery” area, we offer flexible seating arrangements to suit your particular needs.
In addition to the flex-seating space, the Courtroom also features 12 leather-bound juror chairs which have been repurposed from the former Warren County Courthouse in Indianola, Iowa.
Adjoining the Courtroom are two “deliberation rooms” which are just over 300 square feet each. These glass-fronted rooms can be used as break-out rooms or as overflow space for your meeting. For your privacy, the entire facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound dampening system. The space is tastefully decorated with fine art and interesting antique documents and memorabilia.
Located at 7900 Hickman Road in Windsor Heights, the Courtroom & Mediation Center at Law Group of Iowa offers an extremely convenient & centralized location within the Des Moines metropolitan area with ample free parking. Our staff can assist with arranging onsite food and beverage if needed.
Room rental is available in half-day and full-day increments including evenings and weekends.
